Summer Class Schedule

Fusion Yoga & Pilates
Fusion Yoga is an intersection of yoga and Pilates woven together to create an hour of mindful movement. Expect these classes to be impactful in their intensity coupled with playful exploration of the body with time for rest and down regulation at the end. All bodies and levels are welcomed and encouraged. Every class will be different, come with an open mind and leave with an open heart.
It will run Mondays at 9:30am and Wednesdays at 8:30pm from July 6 to August 28 (8 weeks). They will be small class sizes held in the physio space to accommodate social distancing.
The cost is 125$ for a once a week class pass (Mon or Wed) or 200$ for the twice a week class pass (Mon and Wed)
