Stephanie Berk
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, M. OMSc

Steph was born and raised in London, ON, where she began her Osteopathic career. She has always enjoyed being a part of a team and grew up playing sports. Throughout her graduate studies, she began coaching group fitness classes where she has been able to apply her understanding of anatomy and mechanics to her workouts and onto the table with her patients. She combines her love for exercise and science to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

Steph began her post-secondary schooling at Miami University in Oxford, OH where she graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in nutrition. Following her undergraduate studies, she completed another four-year degree at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, ON. She graduated with her Masters in Osteopathic Manipulative Science in 2020. Upon graduation, she opened a practice in Ontario and since has moved to call Calgary home!

During Osteo treatments, Steph targets the nervous system to help calm the body. By calming down the nervous system the body can collectively function, both mechanically and physiologically, to create a better balance from the inside out. Her goal is to remove any compensations caused by new or old injuries, habitual postures and stressors, with the entire body in mind.

When Steph is not treating patients, she loves taking her dog Leonard on walks, F45 training/weight training at the gym, traveling, cooking/trying new healthy-ish recipes, and trying new restaurants.
