Kaylee

Kinesiologist

We're happy to have Kaylee joining our team. She has developed a keen interest in strength and conditioning, gaining valuable experience working with both general and athletic populations. As a professional kinesiologist, she is passionate about improving quality of life by addressing individuals' concerns related to posture, past injuries, and other barriers to physical activity that prevent people from doing the things they love.

Kaylee finds fulfillment in working with individuals from all walks of life, with differing goals and aspirations - whether they’re sports-related, fitness-oriented, lifestyle-driven, or rehabilitative. She places emphasis on the significance of personalization, striving to ensure the unique needs and preferences of all her clients are met.

Danny

Osteopathic Manual Practitioner

Danny is a compassionate and client-focused Osteopathic Manual Therapist with over a decade of experience in movement coaching, personal training, and manual therapy. He received his Masters in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from The Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, ON. Not only is Danny skilled at osteopathic assessments and hands-on treatments, but he has also developed rehabilitative and movement programs for Crossfit gyms, led exercise-related workshops, and worked as a physical therapist’s assistant.

Using these experiences, Danny has been proud to restore a feeling of vitality and confidence in his patients as they partner together to return health to a body in need.

Kelsey

Physiotherapist

Kelsey is a born and raised Calgarian with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and Masters in Physical Therapy. She has completed her Functional Dry Needling (FDN)/Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) for the Upper and Lower Body certification.

Kelsey started to develop an interest in women's health a couple years into her practice when speaking to patients about the challenges of new motherhood, and on a whim decided to take a pelvic health course. She began to really enjoy learning about pelvic health and how it affects not only moms, but people across all genders, ages and different stages of life. She treats individuals with (but not limited to): incontinence, prolapse, dyspareunia, vaginismus, diastasis recti, endometriosis, coccydynia and vulvodynia. She has also taken additional courses in labour and birth preparation.
