Hey there! My name is Anna and I have a passion for mental health and understanding the human experience as it pertains to the various adversities we face throughout our lives! I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta and am currently working on my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. Most of my work experience relates to trauma and attachment, both of which are what I enjoy working on most. Aside from that, I love all-mountain skiing and have been hitting the slopes since age 7! I also love to read and write and am a major true-crime junkie!

Mabel graduated with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. She discovered her passion for exercise and physical activity through her participation in team sports, coaching, and experiencing injuries from sports. Mabel is currently studying to become an Osteopathic Manual Therapist to better understand the biomechanics of the human body and learn to have a holistic approach. Outside of work, you can find Mabel rock climbing, hiking, and surfing. Between her active adventures, she is buried in her anatomy and physiology books to learn the art of Osteopathy.
