Cancellation policy: Please note we require a minimum of 24h notice for any changes to 30min bookings, and a minimum of 48h notice for appointments over 30min. Such notice must be received during regular business hours (Monday - Friday) and provided via email, phone call, or voicemail. Failure to adhere will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of the scheduled booking, billed directly to the credit card on file.
