Cancellation policy: Please note we require a minimum of 24h notice for any changes to 30min bookings, and a minimum of 48h notice for appointments over 30min. Such notice must be received during regular business hours listed above (excluding Sundays and Statutory Holidays) and provided via email, phone call, or voicemail. Failure to adhere will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of the scheduled booking, billed directly to the credit card on file.
