Dynamic Therapeutic Massage

A therapeutic massage performed fully clothed, where the therapist uses contract/relax, and stretching techniques while releasing the tissues.

 

The goal is to increased range of motion and alleviate pain and stiffness through active trigger point release, tendon reset, and mobility techniques.

 

Slight discomfort is to be expected during this type of treatment.
